He was born in Duncansville, Feb. 12, 1900, a son of Samuel and Estella (Johnston) Hyle. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Alice Baker of Altoona and Miss Elizabeth of Philadelphia.
He was of the Presbyterian faith, a graduate of Carnegie Tech and a retired employe od the Duquesne Light Company.
Friends will be received at the Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville, after 3 p.m. tomorrow.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Liebegott Funeral Home by Rev. Julian Parks. Interment in Carson Valley Cemetery.
