Actor, Director. Best known for his television series roles of 'Lt. T.J. Wiley' in "Baa Baa Black Sheep" (1976 to 1978) and 'Thomas Craig Anderson' in "The Paper Chase" (1978 to 1979). Born in New York City, he studied acting at Yale and made his Broadway debut in the production "Don Juan" (1972 to 1973). In addition to his featured small screen roles, Ginty had guest spots on such series as "The Rockford Files", "Eischied", "CHIPs", "Falcon Crest" and "Murder, She Wrote". His motion picture credits include "Coming Home" (1978) and "The Exterminator" (1980). During the 1990s, he moved behind the camera and directed episodes of such shows as "China Beach", "Nash Bridges" and "Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman". (bio by: C.S.)
