Funeral for Aaron Thomas "Tut" Montgomery, 80, of 2107 Barrywood Drive, Huntsville, will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Brown Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Brooks Barkley officiating.

Burial will be in the Montgomery Cemetery in Wren. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.

Mr. Montgomery died Monday at Big Springs Manor Nursing Home.

He was born Aug. 14, 1914, in Moulton. He was the retired president of Commercial Solvents Corp. of Atlanta, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a past member of the Sophisticated Swingers and an avid golfer.

He is survived by a son, Robert A. Montgomery of Huntsville; one daughter, Jo Ann Pointer of Decatur; one sister, Lucy Lee Bishop of Scottsville, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
