Myrtle Barr, 94, of Magee, housewife, died Wednesday, May 4, 1994 of congestive heart failure at Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall.
Services were 3 p.m., Friday, May 6, 1994, at Mims Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel in Magee with burial in Fairmont Cemetery in Mize.
Mims Mitchell Funeral Home of Magee handled the arrangements.
Mrs. Barr was a native of Waterlee, Ala. She was a member Eastside Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, David Barr of Brandon, W. A. Barr of Magee, Joe Barr of Jackson, Gene Barr of Magee; two foster sons Rev. Billy Ingram of Magee, Jimmy Ingram of Pearl; one daughter Margaret Dewese of Jackson; one foster daughter, Theda Tilkins of Fort Wayne, Ind.; 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; 3 great, great grandchildren.
