Funeral for Orville Hugh Burleson, 74, of Decatur will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Service Funeral Home with the Rev. George Creel officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mr. Burleson died Sunday at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Nov. 7, 1920, in Marion County. He was retired from the maintenance department of Willo Products of Decatur. He was service manager for Rogers Motors International Co. in Decatur from 1955 to 1979 and a member of Ninth Street United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Burleson; one son, Jim Burleson of Somerville; one daughter, Becky Wallace of Decatur; one brother, Hubert Burleson of Decatur; two sisters, Jackie Motley of Madison and Judy Thompson of Athens; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mike Morris, Russ White, Jim Dunlap, James Burleson, Don Long and Chris Thompson.
