She survives, along with one daughter, Mary J. DeBord; three sons, Jim (LaLette) DeBord Jr., Larry Shine (Maralee) DeBord and Bill (Christy) DeBord; six grandchildren, Rachel (Sean) McGinn, Ryan DeBord, Grant DeBord, Brooke DeBord, Alec and Shawn DeBord; two great-granddaughters, Kinley and Jameson McGinn; a sister-in-law, Maxine DeBord; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Henry, and two sisters, Amy Knowles and Louise Ingle.
Jim was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving during the Korean conflict.
He worked as an equipment operator for the Peoria County Highway Department out of Maxwell Station for many years before retiring.
