She was born April 5, 1913, in Huntersville Township to Russell A. and Addie A. (Rider) Carney. She married Harvey W. Rothwell in October 1930. She worked as a chef at Madden's Resort on Gull Lake for many years. She was a member of Brainerd Assemblies of God Church.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
Her husband; and three sisters, Blanche Farr, Coral Rothwell and Beatrice Randall, died earlier.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Assemblies of God Church in Brainerd with the Rev. Mark Boone and the Rev. David Batty officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Brainerd.
Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Halvorson-Johnson Funeral Home in Brainerd and an hour before services Thursday at the church.
