William D. LYNCH


William "Bill" D. Lynch Age 80, of Mendenhall, PA, died on Monday, January 17, 2000 at the Chester County Hospital, West Chester, PA. He was the husband of Pauleen Miller Lynch.

Born in Hamorton, PA, he was a son of the late Harry and Lillian Proud Lynch.

Mr. Lynch was a tube and rod maker for the N.V.F. Co., Kennett Square, where he worked for 43 years before he retired.

He was an Army veteran of WWII. Mr. Lynch was a member of St. Cornelius Church, Chadds Ford, PA. He enjoyed playing golf, cards and traveling.

Survivors include his wife, Pauleen Miller Lynch of Mendenhall, PA; son, Kenneth C. Lynch of Dillsburg, PA; Daughter-in-law, Sandra Shearer Lynch of Dillsburg, PA; 1 sister, Elizabeth Baker of Kennett Square, PA; 2 granddaughters, April and Caitlin Lynch of Dillsburg, PA.

A funeral mass will be celebrated 11 am on Friday, January 21, 2000 at St. Cornelius Church, Ridge Road, Chadds Ford, PA. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Kennett Twp., PA. Friends may call from 9-10:30 am on Friday at the KUZO & GOFUS FUNERAL HOME, LTD., State & Meredith Sts., Kennett Square, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 625 West Ridge Pike, Suite A100, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
