The funeral of Mrs. Lizzie Chambers, widow of the late James R. Chambers, was held Thursday from the residence, two miles northeast of Cerro Gordo. Those from Decatur who attended were D. B. Folrath and wife, Mrs. Still, Mrs. A. Maneke and William Wilson. Mrs. Chambers died Tuesday. She was 81 years old and had lived near Cerro Gordo for fifty years.
