She had two children with him, Matilda Jane Lane and Sarah Elizabeth Lane, born near Indianapolis, Indiana. We are unsure if Elijah Lane died or if there was a divorce but Eliza then married George W. King October 7, 1849 in Boone, Indiana. After his death, Eliza married Charles McPherron. After the death of Charles, Eliza's 4th marriage was to her 2nd husband George King's brother John B. King which occurred in Mills County Iowa on November 6, 1889.
