New Hampshire Governor. Born in Chicago, he was Governor from 1911 to 1913. A graduate of Harvard College, he was a New Hampshire state representative from 1905 to 1909 and a state senator from 1909 to 1910. After his retirement, he worked on several commissions in New Hamphsire and died at Peterborough.
