Stanley "Pete" Pitsenberger was born July 9, 1918 to Nathan and Emma Pitsenberger of Colman, South Dakota, Stanley farmed in Colman and attended country school there. He worked for Cox Construction for a few years and many years for John A. Carlson until he passed away. Stanley will be remembered as good old "Pete".
He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Evangelical Church.
He is survived by one daughter, Julene (Dennis) Lupkes and one son, Conrad (Julie) Redeih both of Flandreau, SD; one sister, Berniece Pitsenberger of Omaha, NE; six grandchildren, Sally, Stacia, Dana, Erika, Shane and Chelsea, and four great-grandchildren, Brittany Trever, Dominick and Rhiley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
