Services today for Mrs. Berry
PRENTISS - Services were to be held this afternoon at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Simpson County for Mrs. Naomi Little Berry, 82, of Georgetown, who died Monday night at Hardy- Wilson Memorial Hospital in Hazlehurst. Rev. Ennis Sullivan was to officiate and interment followed in the church cemetery with Saulters Funeral Home in charge. Nephews served as pallbearers.
Mrs. Berry was a longtime resident of the Pleasant Hill community before moving to Georgetown. She was a nember of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Her husband, the late Walter M. Berry, preceded her in death in February.
Survivors include two sons, Bidwell Berry and James Berry, both of Georgetown; three daughters, Mrs. Robert Holifield of Shivers, Mrs. Bernice Kennedy of Wesson, Mrs. Claude Benson of Medford, Oreg.; 13 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; four brothers, Hollis Little, Sexton Little, both of Rt. 2 New Hebron, James Little of Pinola, George Little of Hazlehurst.
