Donald Stuart Pratt, 75, of Draper died Sunday afternoon, Oct. 12, 2008, at the home of his son. Funeral service will be held Thursday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m. at the Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church with the Revs. Preston Sartelle and Bob Davis officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. He was born Sept. 25, 1933, in California, son of the late Stuart S. and Jane Casteel Pratt. He was a member of Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church. He was a farmer and a retired employee of Appalachian Power Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bennie Kelley Pratt. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Stuart and Karen Pratt, Dean and Terri Pratt, Glenn and Tina Pratt, all of Draper; and nine grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church; or the Hospital Hospitality House, 612 E. Marshall St., Richmond, VA 23231. Stevens Funeral Home in Pulaski is in charge of the arrangements.
