"WIFE DIES WHILE HUSBAND SLEEPS IN NEXT ROOM
Mrs. Albert Howcroft Suffers Hemorrhage Without Waking Husband
Mrs. Lizzie Howcroft. wife of Albert Howcroft of this city, died at her home last night after suffering a hemorrhage of the lungs during which she was alone in the room next to the one in which her husband was sleeping.
Death came some time during the night, betwen 11 o'clock and 4 o'clock this morning, when the deceased was found dead in bed by her husband who went to call her. She had been ill for a long time though death came suddenly.
She leaves beside her husband several relatives in this city, among whom is J. L. Elder, a cousin. The funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
An inquest will be held over the remains this evening by Coroner C. H. Bishop."
