Birth: Apr. 25, 1900
Forsyth County
North Carolina, USA
Death: Aug. 8, 1992
Allendale
Allendale County
South Carolina, USA

Son of Charles Bertie Eagleson and Lillie Jane Sparks Eagleson and widower of Edith Eagleson.

In his younger day, Glomer managed to outrun the Feds whenever they found the moonshine still that he and some of his friends had operated in North Carolina. But he can feel proud---as it was the same type of thing that got NASCAR started.

(Information about that was in an old newspaper article.)

Rest in peace, Gomer. One of your Crews relatives had a still in Texas. It blew up while his wife and daughter were in church. What's funny about that is that his father was a minister.
