Earle McIlravy Rites Held Here Friday
Earle Franklin McIlravy, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. McIlravy was born May 10, 1895 at Tamara [sic], Nebraska.

He lived in Seward, Hamilton, Sherman, Johnson and Hall counties in Nebraska.
He was married to Fanny Marlow in 1915 and to this union was [sic] born two daughters, Donna and Patricia.

His work of arc welding took him to many foreign countries. In his last work, he was drafted as expert, first class welder to go to Pearl Harbor to work on underground fuel storage plant; and while at work was accidently [sic] injured, death caused by asphyxia drowning on October 13.

His father, mother, two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his death, two daughters; two sisters, Mrs. Mae Lee and Mrs. Amy Lofholm of Alliance; two brothers, Albert A. of Loup City, and Thomas R. of Los Angeles, California; seven nephews and six nieces, two grand nieces, one grand nephew; also one very dear friend, Mrs. Daisy Cummings of Visalia, California.

Funeral services were held in Beushausen sand Guilford mortuary Friday in charge of Rev. W. P. Thompson and burial was in Evergreen cemetery.
