Charles was the son of Michael HUFFORD, Sr., and Anna Maria LOWMASTER.
He married Catherine "Kate" McCARTHY in about 1872. They had three children. Only two were living by 1900; by, 1910, only their son Franklin was living.
Charles worked as a railroad conductor.
