"MRS. MCCORMICK DEAD - FUNERAL TOMORROW"
"News reached Biloxi today of the death of Mrs. E. J. McCormick, which occurred at Parchman Farm, near Laurel, some time last night. Mrs. McCormick was a former resident of Biloxi and had a number of friends in this city. She was ill but a short time when the end came. Deceased is survived by two children, Mrs. Louana Oliver, of Laurel, and Maj. Archie McCormick, who is stationed in France with the American forces. She also leaves a step-daughter, Mrs. Edwards, of Laurel, besides other relatives. The remains will be brought to Biloxi for burial, arriving in the city at tomorrow morning at 10:53, and the funeral will take place from the train with interment in the Biloxi cementery".
