Graveside funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010 in the Proctor Cemetery with Ray Seckenger officiating.
She was born March 27, 1922 in Desdemona, the daughter of the late Fred and Annie Corrine Bachman. She had been a resident of the area all of her life. She was a homemaker, married to E. E. Anders in 1945, and was a Baptist.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Martin and her husband Bret of Proctor; and 3 grandchildren, Cody Martin and wife Jackie of Arlington, Chenoa Martin and Chalani Martin both of Proctor. She was looking forward to her first great granddaughter who was expected in February. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Tony Anders; 3 brothers; and a sister.
