My gramma...

As a small child, when we'd visit, she always had hot cocoa waiting for us to arrive. It was her own home-made powder recipe... to this day, its the only kind I like. While the rest of the family slept upstairs in her attic/guestrooms, I would always cuddle up to her in her bed... she always smelled so good... like fresh lilacs. Lilacs happen to be one of my two favorite flowers; my other is a beautiful red rose. Every spring, when the lilacs bloom, I can walk outside and feel my gramma's arms around me.
