Lela Belle Noble's birthplace of Pauline (as showing above) may be correct, but family members told me years ago that she and siblings were all born in Malakoff. Pauline no longer exists (2017) and is considered part of Eustace. Maybe the family moved to Malakoff when the children were young so all thought they were born in Malakoff. For now, I will leave the Pauline as stated above.

Lela Belle married Lester Ford in 1945. They never had children. They lived in Henderson County, Texas.

Her obituary printed in the Athens Daily Review on Nov 1, 1990 and Nov 2, 1990 reads:

She was born June 5, 1918 in Malakoff and was a resident of Athens for 45 years. she formerly was employed with Vassarette Division of Munsingwear and Curtis Mathes Industries, both in Athens. Survivors include her husband, Lester "Bill" Ford, Athens; a brother M. I. Noble, Lufkin; a sister, Jessie Saxon, Lufkin and several nieces and nephews. Nephews will be pallbearers.
