Mrs. Helen Manis
Grover, N.C. - Mrs. Helen Bledsoe Manis, 71, of Grover, Route 1, was found dead in bed Tuesday morning following a heart attack.
She was a native of Blackwater, Va., the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Bledsoe.
Surviving are her husband, Elbert Manis; two daughters, Mrs. Ambrose Adams and Mrs. William Hudson, both of Grover; one step-daughter, Mrs. Nettie Lou Kipe, of Rogersville, Tenn.; five step-sons, Garnie Manis and Alfred Gilliam, both of Grover, Andrew Farrell, of Kingsport, Tenn., Charles Farrell, of Greenville, and Boyd Gilliam, of Kings Mountain.
Also 36 grandchildren survive.
Mrs. Bledsoe was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church at Blackwater, Va.
