Mrs. Willie B. (Billie) Killingsworth, wife of Richard D. Killingsworth of Garretts Bluff died at Medical Plaza Nursing Home at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15, at Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim Yarbrough and the Rev. Ray Starnes officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The family will be at their residence.
Mrs. Killingsworth was born Nov. 19, 1903 in Centerville, Miss., a daughter of James Elliott Crawford and Frances Crawford. She attended Louisiana public schools and Louisiana State University and taught school. She married Mr. Killingsworth on Dec. 23, 1923. They lived in Baton Rouge, La. and Fort Worth until 1976 when they moved to this area. She was a member of the Belk United Methodist Church and its Ladies Adult Sunday School Class. She was a member of the United Methodist Women.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Betty) Snow of New Braunfels and Mrs. Bill (Jane) Logee of Garretts Bluff; seven grandchildren, Michael Snow of San Antonio, Lynn Leisehner of Arlington, Va., Douglas Snow of Amarillo, Dick Logee of Garretts Bluff, Dwight Logee of Grapevine, Sally Logee of Dallas, Susie Dale of Garland; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sue Tyner of Houston, Stella Parrott of Eunice, La. an Mrs. Drue Forrester of Clinton, La.
