Screenwriter. Bill Lancaster was the son of actor Burt Lancaster and Norma Anderson. He was married to Kippie Kovacs, the daughter of the late actor/comedian Ernie Kovacs. Bill was a screenwriter, actor, and producer. Best known for his adapted screenplay, John Carpenter's The Thing.
