SIDNEY L. BELUE
PACOLET - Sidney Leroy Belue, 88, of 291 Allen St., died July 21, 1988, in Camphaven Nursing Home in Inman.
A native of Greenville County, he was the widower of Ora Louise Pace Belue and son of the late Anthony Bud and Belle Pruitt Belue. He was a farmer and a Baptist.
Survivors include eight daughters, Barbara and Margaret Belue and Marguerite Carey of Drayton, Peggy Fowler of Olympia, Wash., Betty Smith of Spartanburg, Maggie Brannon of Chappells, S.C., Dorothy Scruggs of Chesnee and Doris Peterson of Cowpens; six sons, Carl Belue of Pacolet, Bobby, John and Ralph Belue of Spartanburg, Paul Belue of Vinton, Va., and Harold Belue of Hannahan; two brothers, Homer Belue of Spartanburg and Jonah Belue of Cowpens; 27 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 tonight at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Chapel, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park.
The family is at the home of Barbara Belue, 6 Ansel Street, Drayton.
