MRS. FANNIE KLAUS FUNERAL MONDAY
Salisbury, Jan 4, 1939--The funeral of Mrs. Fannie Klaus, who died at the home of her son, Ed Bertsch, on East Second Street, Monday night was held from the Lutheran church this morning at 10 o'clock. Burial was at the Lutheran Cemetery.
Mrs. Klaus was 82 years old at the time of her death. She had been in failing health for some time. She was married three times. From her first marriage, there survives one son, William Danneman, of north of Salisbury, and from her second marriage another son, Ed Bertsch. Seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Klaus was born in Illinois, and moved to this vicinity in early girlhood.
