She was President of our grade school PTA for several years. She was a leader, teacher and organizer of their church BYF. She was a member of Eastern Star. She and Gordon worked and counseled at Detroit Baptist Camp in Lapeer, Michigan for many years. Both Olive and Gordon worked polling stations during elections for countless years. She loved doing china and ceramic painting and did many fine pieces. She liked sewing and sewed much of her boys' clothes as they grew up. She was an A+ mom.
