Did rodeos for many years, then decided to work for Union Pacific railroad at the time it was going through Las Vegas ,Nevada.He couldn't see why anyone was buying all this desert land where the Union Plaza now sits.He had horses that he would ride after he retired from the railroad until he passed away.His brother, William ,has a grave next to him.
