Mark Leslie Campbell, Sr.

Mark Campbell, Sr. of Wentzville, Missouri was born on December 25, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri a son of the late, Mary Ruth (Hatley) Campbell and Lester Campbell. Mark departed this life on Monday, March 17, 2008 at his residence having reached the age of forty-nine years, two months and twenty days.

Mark is survived by three daughters, Tonya Lynne Beard and husband, Frank of Bismarck, Missouri, Stephianie Ann Campbell of Bismarck, Missouri, Jennifer Nicole Campbell of Bismarck, Missouri; and also Carol (Warren) Campbell of Bismarck, Missouri and their children: three daughters, Danielle Sue Warren of Bismarck, Missouri, Jessica Darlene Warren of Bismarck, Missouri, Samantha Kay Warren of Bismarck, Missouri, one son, Cordell "Cory" Warren of Bismarck, Missouri; two sisters, Rita Sue Sherman of Wentzville, Missouri, Janey Shaw of Wentzville, Missouri; two brothers, Lester Dale Campbell and wife, Rose of Florissant, Missouri, Kevin Lynn Campbell of Wentzville, Missouri; six grandchildren, Holly Beard, Brianna Beard, Caitlin Campbell, Elisabeth Haler, Allison Campbell, Dylan Beard and one brother-in-law, Rich Murphy of St. Peters, Missouri. In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by one son, Mark Leslie Campbell, Jr. who passed away on May 25, 2005, two sisters, Brenda Ruth Campbell and Judy Ann Murphy.

Mark enjoyed playing darts, pool, horseshoes and building model cars and trucks. He also enjoyed watching Nascar, Wrestling and Baseball.

Visitation was held Saturday, March 22, 2008 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.

A Funeral Service was held Saturday, March 22, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Moore Memorial Chapel with Brother Mike Barton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Mike Campbell, Chris Shaw, Joey Batchelder, Tony Starks, Rich Batchelder, Scott Jordan, Scott Campbell, Tim Thompson, Eddie Garza and Steve Campbell.

Final prayers and Burial took place in the Sunset Hills, Cemetery, Potosi, Missouri.

Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
