Funeral services for Mrs. Henry L. (Josephine) Arndt, 57, of 727 15th Place NE, will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Patterson James Chapel. the Rev. Kenneth L. Krahn, Pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Chruch will officiate.
Soloist will be Mrs. John Hugo and organist will be Mrs. Rudy Alman. Pallbearers will be Richard Knudson, Howard and Robert Arndt, Merle Carey, Wilbur Deets and William Siskow. Assisting with flowers will be Mrs. William Siskow and Mrs. Ralph Dahlstrom. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel until the time of services.
Mrs. Arndt died Tuesday while visiting in Sioux Falls, S.D. Born Aug 26, 1915, at Egan, S.D., she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mallory Calhoun. She was married to Henry L. Arndt Sept. 28, 1935 at Rockwell.
Survivors include her husband, three sons, Dennis L. Mason City, Gary E. San Fernando, Calif. and Vernon M., Rockford; two daughters, Mrs. Cyrus (Darlene) Berk, Rockwell and Mrs. Edward (Carol) Davies, Mason City; 14 grandchildren; a brother, Ira, Sioux Falls, S.D.; four sisters, Babe, Clisty and Esther, all of Sioux Falls and Vivian, Flandau, S.D.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, two brothers and one sister.
