Obituary - Clarence Junior Lemmon, 76, passed away peacefully August 15, 2002 at home in West Valley City. Born Dec 12, 1925 in Silver City, UT to Clarence and Claytie Develah Allen Lemmon. Married Fern Powell May 24, 1952.

He served in World War II in the Navy and retired from KCC after 30 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors and sprint car racing.

Clarence is survived by his wife of 50 years; sons, Jim, Lloyd; daughters, Marilynn Goddard, Sheryl (Eli) Mukhar; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; Grizzley the "Dude," his dog; many other family members and friends. Preceded in death by his son, Boyd, parents, and four brothers.

Viewings will be Mon. Aug 19, 2002 6-8 p.m. and Tues. Aug 20, 2002, 9:30-10:30 a.m., Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. 7600 S. (Bengal Blvd.) where friends and family may call. Graveside services, Tues. 11 a.m., Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 E. 4580 South.
