Henry R. Bergman 70, died at 6:22 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, 1995 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.

He was born April 10, 1924, in Maria Stein to Edward and Olivia (Brunswick) Bergman. On July 6, 1946, he married Betty Donnerberg, who survives.

He is also survived by 10 sons and daughters-in-law, Dave and Kathy and Tom and Sandy, all of St. Marys; Jerry and Lynn, Minster; Stan and Cindi, Phoenix, Ariz.; Ed and Cindy, Alan and Becky, Bruce and Rhonda, Terry and Rhonda, Mark and Dana, and Ron and Melissa, all of New Bremen; eight daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Mike Furrow, Holt, Mich.; Nancy and Jerry Koesters, Bowling Green, Ky.; Sandy and Dale Schafer, Ft. Loramie; Mary Jo and Dave Bellman, Coldwater; Chris and Brad Hausfeld, Springboro; Phyllis and Vince Cuda, Glenwood, Fla.; Peg and Tony Grunden and Sara and Mike McNulty; all of New Bremen; 45 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Schwegman, Coldwater; Dorothy and Henry Beckman and Pat and Jim Winner, all of Minster; Joan Eilerman and Ruth and John Barhorst, all of Fort Loramie; and a brother, Walter, Minster. He was preceded in death by a grandchild.

Mr. Bergman was retired from Minster Machine Company where he had worked for 44 years and was a member of the company's 25-year club. He was a member of Eagles Aerie 1391 and Cataract Fire Department, both of Minster and The Home Benefit Association. He was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10 am. Saturday, April 8th, at the church with the Rey. James F. Trick officiating. Burial took place in German Protestant Cemetery.
