Word was received by Mrs. P. Ferrick, 360 Logan avenue this afternoon that Thomas Kidd, well known former Sharon resident was found dead in bead at his home in Butler, Pa., this morning.
Details of his death and funeral arrangements are incomplete. Mr. Kidd left Sharon about 15 years ago.

THOMAS G. KIDD
Funeral services were held today in Butler for Thomas Gill Kidd, 64, who died at the family residence in that city Friday. He was in his usual health when he retired but became ill early in the morning and died a few minutes later.
He had been employed at the Forged Steel Wheel Company and later with the American Rolling Mill Company for a period of 23 years and was one of the oldest men in the mill in point of service. He moved to Butler from Sharon.
Mr. Kidd was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church and the Moose Lodge of Butler.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Emma Kidd, four children, Effie of Butler, Russell of River Rouge, Mich., Harold of Butler, and Mrs. Clifford Morrow of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren; four brothers, David of Youngstown, Benjamin and John of Hubbard, and William Kidd of Sharon, and a sister, Mrs. Samuel Davidson of Sharon.
Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Butler.
