3 May 1915: Mrs. Rosa D. Brandt, widow of the late Isaac Brandt, of this city, died this morning at three o'clock at 823 Walnut Street from a complication of diseases, incident to her advanced age, she having attained her seventy-seventh year last November. She had been ill for some time past and for the past seven months was confined to bed. Mrs. Brandt was a daughter of the late Henry Dubs and lived all of her long life in Lebanon, enjoying a wide acquaintanceship and the esteem of all who knew her. She leaves four sons, Lorenzo, Grant, George and Harry Brandt; fifteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. Christiana Miller, widow of John Miller, of this city, is a sister. She was a member of Tabor Reformed Church. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon with interment in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. [Lebanon Daily News]
