July 6—Mrs. Leonard Jarrett, 86, died at her home in, Sutton Wednesday. She had been a resident of Sutton for over half a century. Mr. Jarrett, a confederate war veteran, died in 1920.
Mrs. Jarrett leaves two daughters, Miss Sibyl B. Jarrett and Mrs. Evelyn Himes; one grandson, Clarence V. Himes; two sisters Mrs. D. W. Moffatt of Little Rock, Ark., and Mrs. Charles Lowry of Chicago.
Funeral services were held at the family home Friday afternoon, the Rev, J. J. Pruitt officiating.
