Mrs. M. J. Leatherwood, age 42 years, passed away at her home in the Toto's community Wednesday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock. Mrs. Leatherwood was born in Jack county, but had been a resident of Parker county the greater part of her life.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Poolville by the Rev. R. F. Duncan. Burial will be made in the Poolville cemetery.

Survivors are her husband and ten children as follows, Lena, Rena, Bill, Clawson, Donald of Oregon, M. J. Jr., Zack, Hubert, Harris and Earl Leatherwood. She is also survived by three brothers and one sister: B. F. Harris, Plainview, John Harris, Breckenridge, W. H. Harris, Redsport, Oregon and Mrs. Oscar Spears of Snyder.
