LORAIN — Josephine L. "Joey" Miloshoff (nee: Cirell), 77 passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Southwest General Hospital after a long illness.

Joey was born on June 16, 1932 in Lorain. She graduated from Lorain High School in 1950. Following school, she worked at Magic Chef and Ted Jacobs. She later worked for Lorain County Child Support as an investigator, retiring in August 2008. Joey was a long time member of St. Peter Church, Lorain. She enjoyed spending time with her daughters, gambling, playing bingo and loved her kitty.

She is survived by her two adored daughters, Lisa L. Miloshoff of Amherst and Laurie A. Miloshoff of Lorain; her brother, Rudy (Ann) Cirell of Lorain; and two nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Michael A. and Louise (nee: Broglio) Cirell; and her husband of 32 years, Spiro "Pete" Miloshoff.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 AM, Monday, June 22, 2009 at St. Peter Church, 3655 Oberlin Ave., Lorain, Fr. Chuck Henkle, O.F.M. Conv., officiating (Please meet at church). Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Private viewing was held at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home, (440) 244-1961
