Tacoma, Friday, Dec. 4-Huston Yerkes is dead at the home of his son, W. F. Yerkes, at the age of 87 years. Mr. Yerkes came here recently from Vineland, N.J., to recover from bodily ailments, but three weeks ago contracted a severe cough and cold. which caused his death. Mr. Yerkes leaves six children, some of whom live in the East. The body will be buried in the Yerkes lot in the cemetery at Olympia.
