Joseph W. Peacock, age 69, a resident of Albuquerque, NM for 18 years, passed away in a local hospital on Tuesday, May 25, 1984.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Kathryn Marie Peacock of Albuquerque, NM, two sons, Joseph Allan Peacock of Phoenix, AZ and Larry David Peacock of Portsmouth, VA, one sister, Bertha McKinney of Missouri and two grandchildren, Kevin David Peacock and Tiffany Allisa Peacock, both of Portsmouth, VA.
Joseph was retired from the United States Navy, serving in World War II and the Korean Conflict.
Joseph was a life member of the D.A.V Albuquerque Cutting-García Chapter #3.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the graveside at Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM, with Dr. R. Y. Bradford, Mortuary Chaplain, officiating.
