McCONNELSVILLE -- Angie H. Jacobs, 96, of Ohio 2, Glouster, passed away at 1 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008, at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville.
She was born July 31, 1911, in Noble County. Mrs. Jacobs was a retired house cleaner and nurse's aid, and was a member of the Wolf Creek Church of Christ.
She is survived by five nieces, Anna Lucas, Nellie Laishley, Vera (Larry) Ross, Lula (John) Parrish and Darla (Gary) Wells; and several great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anna Moore Wentworth and George Wentworth; sister, Kathlene Robinson; husband, Miles H. Jacobs, who died Nov. 26, 1994; and one brother, Woodrow Wentworth.
Calling hours will begin at 10 a.m. with funeral services at noon Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008, at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. Harmon Thomas will officiate. Burial will be in Deerfield Cemetery.
