Bowman, in his 87th year, of RR1, Wallenstein.Husband of MaryAnn (Wideman) Bowman, father of Amos and Barbara Bowman, Amsey and Mary Bowman, Clarence and Salema Bowman, Mervin and Almeda Bowman, all of RR1, Wallenstein, Nelson and Sarah Bowman of RR3, Listowel, Martha and Noah Weber of RR4, Listowel. Also survived by his 28 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Brother of Salome Brubacher, Rebecca and Clayton Martin, Malinda and Alson Clemmer.Predeceased by his parents, Solomon and Judith (Weber) Bowman; one sister, two brothers-in-law and one grandchild.Friends may call at his home, RR1, Wallenstein on Saturday 1-8 p.m. and Sunday until 8 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Monday, October 17 at 9 a.m. then to South Peel Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.Arrangements entrusted to Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
