BABY ARRIVES AT STRIKEN HOUSEHOLD

As Grim Death was laying his mark on the household of Adam Baetz, Prospect street, by taking away Lucille, the five-year-old daughter of the home, who was a scarlet feber victim, the stork appeared in the stricken home and left a child, another daughter, to replace the little one who had been summoned. The stork's arrival was Thursday night, a few hours after the hand of death had appeared. Both the baby and mother are doing well.
The funeral of the stricken member of the Baetz family was held from the quarantined home Friday with private services. The Rev. J. G. Ziegler, pastor of the Tone church, officiated. The body was buried in the Brownhelm cemetery.
Robert, another son of the Baetz household, is recovering from an attack of the feber. Aileen, another daughter, is stricken with the disease.
