Andrew Jackson Price, son of James L. Price and Martha Ann Tabitha Ray. A.J. Price married Johanna F. Nelson, 14 Dec 1857 in Autauga Co., Alabama. A. J. Price was in the CSA, Pvt Faulkner's Co., and later with Co. G 44th MS. Inf. He died at the Cairo-Military Hospital. His body was brought by river boat down the ALA. river near Prattville and from there to Chestnut Creek Cemetery in Chilton Co., ALA., where he was buried next to his mother, Martha Ann Tabitha Ray Price.
