Charles F. Sundberg, 88, Indiana RD 4, died unexpectedly at 8:45 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 14, 1971 at his late residence.

Surviving are his widow, Anna; a son, Carl F., Indiana; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Frank (Anna) Henry; Penn Run RD.

Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Richard T. Bell Funeral Home, Indiana, where services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m.

Charles F. Sundberg, 88, of RD Indiana died unexpectedly at 8:45 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 14, 1971, at his late residence.

A son of August and Olivia Sundberg, he was born Nov. 26, 1882 in Sweden.

Mr. Sundberg had attended Zion Lutheran Church of Indiana, and was a member of Indiana Bear Club and Indiana Grange.

A lifetime resident of Indiana County, he was a retired farmer.

He had served as road Supervisor for some years and had also served as school director for White Twp.

Surviving are his widow, Anna; a son, Carl F. Sundberg, Indiana; two grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Frank (Anna) Henry of Clymer RD.

He was preceded in death by first wife Minnie on Nov. 13, 1938.

Friends will be received today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Richard T. Bell Funeral Home, Indiana, where services will be held Wednesday, at 1 p.m. Pastor Elwood L. Stark will officiate and interment will be made in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.hhw
