Jack L. Duprey, 55, of Spelter Ave., formerly of Georgetown, Ill., died about 3 p.m. Thursday (June 5, 1986)at the Veterans Administration Medical Center.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Martin F. Vutrick American Legion Post 51.
Born Dec. 8, 1930, in Danville, he was a son of Albert and Helen Harper Duprey. He married Charlotte Baldwin. She survives.
Also surviving: a daughter, Mrs. Jackie Bedwell of Danville; four sons, John of Danville, Mike and Mark, both of Georgetown, and Randy of Westville, Ill., two step-daughters, Mrs. Patty True of Danville, and Mrs. Kathy Pridemore of Tucson, Ariz., a stepson, Terry Baird from Wisconsin; a sister, Mrs. Marjorie Malone from Iowa; 10 grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home in Georgetown, with military rites by Westville American Legion Post; Officiating: Rev. Leon Korb; Visitation: 6-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
