Thurman Allen Cannon, 55, passed away at his home in Peshastin. He was born in Sultan in November 1888, coming to this valley 13 years ago. He lived in Peshastin for three years. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday from the Kuelbs Funeral Home. Mrs. Robert Follis and Chester Williams will sing and Rev. Richard Furman will officiate. Interment will be in the Cashmere cemetery. Surviving are his wife Carrie Cannon, a son Edward of the USN in the South Pacific, two daughters Mrs. Thelma Corelliett (should be Couliette) of Peshastin and Maxine of the WACS; one grandchild; three brothers, Luther of Chehalis, Pat of Bellingham and Edward of Wenatchee; three sisters, Mrs. Frances Pelitelere of Bremerton, Mrs. Ora McCoffery of Shelton and Mrs. Nellie Anderson of Tacoma.
