Elizabeth S. Seguin, 63, Ogdensburg, died Thursday at St. Joseph's Nursing Home.
Mrs. Seguin was a foster parent for 29 years with St. Lawrence County Department of Social Services.
Born March 3, 1944, in Boca Raton, Fla., daughter of Eugene and Izetta King Julien, she graduated in 1963 from Ogdensburg Free Academy.
She married Stanley Seguin on April 23, 1966, at Notre Dame Church.
Mrs. Seguin was a member of Notre Dame Church and enjoyed reading and watching television, especially soap operas.
Surviving besides her husband are a son a daughter and her husband, a sister and her husband, and a granddaughter.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Allen-Nichols Funeral Home with the Rev. F. James Shurtleff, pastor of Notre Dame Church, officiating.
Burial will be at a later date in Foxwood Memorial Park. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
