OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)
John C. Brady died Sunday morning at 7:30 o'clock in his home at 193 East Maple street after six weeks' illness of complications resulting from asthma and heart trouble.

Mr. Brady was born June 20, 1872 at Lincolnville to Dr. Thompson R. and Emma (Brown) Brady. He had been a resident of Wabash since 1886 except for an interval between 1911 and 1924 when he resided in Elkhart where he was connected with the American Coating Mills. He also worked for the same company while living in Wabash. He was a shipping clerk for many years.

Mr. Brady was married in 1911 to Miss Ella May McCreary who survives as well as the following children: Thomas R. Brady, Donald J. Brady and John C. Brady, Jr. all of Wabash. S/Sgt. Robert E. Brady, McKinney, Tex., U.S. Army, T/5 Francis P. Brady, Muroc Field, Calif., also of the Army. He is also survived by one brother, George Brady, Wabash, two sisters, Mrs. Leonard Stouffer, Wabash county, and Mrs. Cyril Thomas, Philadelphia, Pa., and six grandchildren. Mr. Brady's first wife, Miss Mary Hugo, preceded him in death in 1901.

Mr. Brady was a member of the Presbyterian church.

Funeral services will be held in the family residence Thursday morning at 10 o'clock and #burial will be in Falls cemetery. The body ahs been returned from the Jones Funeral home to the residence where friends may call.
