Helen Lynn Lillia (Andrykow), 63, of Upper Deerfield Township died unexpectedly at home early Friday morning, June 12, 2009.
The wife of Frank T. Lillia Sr., she was a lifetime Bridgeton-area resident. She was the daughter of the late John and Mildred (Stites) Andrykow and was a resident for nearly 50 years on North Pearl Street in Bridgeton before moving to her current address. Mrs. Lillia was a 1964 graduate of Bridgeton High School, and for the past 17 years was employed by the Cumberland County Board of Social Services. She worked for the past 13 years in the Bridgeton office, and prior to that in Vineland.
In addition to her husband of 40 years, she is survived by four children, Frank T. Lillian Jr. and his significant other, Denise M. Krwawecz of Vineland, Jason C. Lillia, of Upper Deerfield Township, Staci L. Lillia and her significant other, James E. Adkins Sr., of Bridgeton, and Danielle N. Lillia of Upper Deerfield Township; three grandchildren, James Jr., Alyssa and Olivia Adkins; and two grandchildren, due to be born within a few months.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Freitag Funeral Home, 137 W. Commerce St., Bridgeton. The Rev. Wilbert Frazier of the Newport United Methodist Church will officiate.
The burial will follow the service at Laurel Lawn Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Township.
Friends will be received from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday and also from 10 until 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
